Exercise Equipment

Help on deciding which piece of exercise equipment is best suited for your individual fitness goals! Where to start! Each piece of exercise equipment is designed for certain muscle types and all provide a variety of workouts. Below i have listed 4 of the most common pieces of exercise equipment, and the main benefits of each piece of exercise equipment. My personal favorite piece of equipment is the treadmill.

Treadmills

  • Treadmills have been proved the most efficient piece of exercise equipment too burn fat/calories
  • Walking/running is the most natural thing for a person to do
  • If a person simply walked an average of 30 minutes a day, three to five days a week, they will see improvements in all sorts of areas
  • Treadmill decks will provide you with less impact on your joints than a street pavement or road
  • Reduce stress and increase energy levels
Elliptical/Crosstrainers

  • An elliptical trainer workout has such gentle impact on your joints that lots of fitness experts recommend the elliptical trainer to people who have a hard time trying to exercise because of physical hold backs such as bad joints and arthritis
  • Good for toning up your legs and upper body at the same time!
  • Ideal if you don't like walking and running
Exercise Bike

  • Ideal for toning and building your thighs!
  • Recumbent exercise bikes allow people to get a much more comfortable workout than upright exercise bikes and other pieces of exercise equipment
  • Exercise bikes tend to be the cheapest piece of equipment starting from around £150 - £300 for decent upright bikes
Rowing Machines

  • The Rower is the best piece of equipment for any one wanting to lose weight and tone up at the same time
  • Rowing machines use every major muscle group in the human body
  • Using a rowing machine regularly will help you tone up parts of your body you normally find hard to workout.
  • Rowing is a good exercise for your heart and your lungs
These are just a few benefits on 4 types of exercise equipment available for home use. I hope this is helpful to the relevant people.

CLA Capsules

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring free fatty acid. CLA occurs naturally in foods such as cheese, milk, , lamb and beef as well as many processed foods - but only in small amounts. This of course would be of no use as it would require you to eat alot of calories.

CLA is proven by research to build muscle, reduce body fat, and help general improved health!
A European team led by the Swiss scientist Lukas Rist has found that mothers consuming mostly organic milk and meat products have about 50 percent higher levels of rumenic acid in their breast milk.

Studies on CLA in humans show a tendency for reduced body fat particularly abdominal fat, changes in serum total lipids and decreased whole body glucose uptake. The maximum reduction in body fat mass was achieved with a 3.4 g daily dose. CLA supplementation has, however, been shown to increase C-reactive protein levels, to possibly induce oxidative stress, to reduce insulin sensitivity and to increase lipid peroxidation. However, the significance of these findings is unknown, and other studies suggest that CLA may protect cells from oxidative damage by increasing glutathione levels without inducing lipid peroxidation. It remains possible, however, that observations of increased markers of lipid oxidation may be related to potentially desirable lipolytic effects. Further studies are necessary to establish clinical significance.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) 1000mg Capsules premium pure grade food supplement may provide an excellent means to achieve a replenishment of this fatty acid

Information on Pure Hoodia Gordonii Capsules

Information on Pure Hoodia Gordonii Capsules

Information

Pure Hoodia Gordonii Capsules all the capsules contain certified 500mg of Hoodia gordonii extract equivalent to 10,000mg of whole dry plant. Our Hoodia Gordonii powder is sourced from South Africa and has all the necessary permits and CITES certification to prove its authenticity. About Hoodia Gordonii. It has no known side-effects, and is said to contain a molecule that fools your brain into believing you are full. Deep inside the African Kalahari desert, grows an ugly cactus-like plant called the Hoodia. It thrives in extremely high temperatures, and takes years to mature. The San Bushmen of the Kalahari, one of the world's oldest and most primitive tribes, had been eating the Hoodia for thousands of years, to stave off hunger during long hunting trips. When South African scientists were routinely testing it, they discovered the plant contained a previously unknown molecule, which has since been christened P57. The license was sold to a Cambridgeshire bio-pharmaceutical company, Phytopharm, who in turn sold the development and marketing rights to the giant Pfizer Corporation.
