The Flexibell adjustable dumbbells makes adjusting weights a breeze, you just lift the locking slider shift to the desired weight and start working out. The Flexibell adjustable dumbbells are suitable for women as well as men with the minimum weight being 2.5kg and the fact that they take up less room than convetional dumbbells can only help. Each flexibell replaces 9 traditional dumbbells and is adjustable in 1.25kg increments.
